How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a compassionate support that meets you where you are.
Clients often share that they experience me as direct, emotionally attuned, and deeply supportive. I listen carefully—not only to what you’re saying, but to what may feel difficult to put into words. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and compassion, offering honest guidance while maintaining a judgment-free space where you can explore challenges openly and at your own pace.
It’s likely that:
You're here because something inside you knows it’s time to feel better.
You may be here because you’ve tried to make sense of your feelings on your own, replaying conversations, questioning yourself, and wondering if it’s just you. The weight hasn’t lifted—and you’re quietly hoping it doesn’t always have to feel this way.
you’re in the right spot.
“
truth & courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.

in therapy with me…
We’ll dig deep.
In our work together, we’ll begin with what feels most present for you—what’s been weighing on your mind, shaping your emotions, or quietly taking up space in your life. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear starting point. We’ll take the time to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
As we explore, we may look at how past experiences continue to influence the present, not to dwell there, but to make sense of patterns that no longer serve you. We’ll also pay close attention to where you are now—your relationships, your inner world, and the challenges you’re facing day to day. Together, we’ll gently clarify what you want your future to look like, helping you reconnect with a sense of direction, possibility, and choice.
You’re in charge.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from their sense of control. You may have spent a long time doing what was expected of you, managing others’ needs, or pushing through when things felt hard. In this space, you don’t have to do that anymore.
You are in charge of what we focus on, how quickly we move, and what feels safe to explore. Nothing is forced. You can pause, shift direction, or take things one step at a time. My role is to walk alongside you—offering guidance, clarity, and support—while honoring your autonomy and inner wisdom.
When you’re given the space to choose, to reflect, and to move at your own pace, change becomes possible in a way that feels grounded and lasting. Over time, many clients begin to reconnect with a sense of agency and trust in themselves—discovering that they are not stuck, broken, or beyond help, but capable of meaningful growth and change.
Here, your voice matters. And from that place, a different future can begin to take shape.
